The Deeper Dive:
Dear Community,
When we started Wild Fox Provisions in 2018, our mission was simple: to grow and produce high-quality hemp, bring trusted CBD products to your daily routine, and build a community rooted in wellness. Over the past 9 years, you have allowed us into your homes and lives, and for that, we are endlessly grateful.
The hemp industry has always presented a unique set of challenges for normal business operations. Now, due to upcoming changes in federal hemp regulations that are taking effect later this year, as well as a new deadline of October 15th from our payment processor, we have made the bittersweet decision to close the Wild Fox Provisions doors.
Understanding the Impact on Your Wellness
We know how incredibly frustrating and disruptive this news must be. Many of you have relied on our products daily to support your health, well-being, and quality of life. The fact that external regulatory shifts are forcing this abrupt change is deeply disappointing to us, and we truly regret the impact this sudden transition will have on your personal wellness routines.
Making this choice came down to three primary realities:
Payment Processor Disruption: Strict new federal limits have led many payment processors, including our own, to remove hemp brands from their platforms entirely—even those that are fully compliant.
Supply Chain Disruption: Key points in our supply chain such as extraction labs, shipping entities, and insurance companies, are also needing to adjust to these new heavy regulations, and most are choosing to simply shut their doors to hemp businesses altogether.
Financial Sustainability: Moving forward under the new law would require shifting away from our full-spectrum product line, as well as closing our online store. These constraints simply do not make sense financially.
While this chapter is coming to an end, we want to celebrate the journey we took together. We are incredibly proud of the products we created and the community we built alongside you.
Stock Up on Your Favorites
Due to the immediate timeline imposed on us by our payment processor, our website will remain fully operational only through October 15th, leaving a very short window for you to stock up on your favorite items while supplies last. Because of the nature of these compliance deadlines, we unfortunately must implement this change without the advance notice we would have preferred to provide.
